Key Responsibilities

Market Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities for loan services.
Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to develop strategies that position our loan services effectively.
Analyze customer data and feedback to gain insights and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Sales Strategy Development:
Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop comprehensive sales strategies that align with company goals.
Define target customer segments and tailor sales approaches to address their specific needs.
Identify key sales channels, partnerships, and promotional activities to maximize lead generation and conversion.

Lead Generation and Conversion:
Generate qualified leads through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.
Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers, highlighting the benefits of our loan services.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Sales Performance Analysis:
Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and generate reports to track individual and team progress towards targets.
Identify areas of improvement and provide actionable recommendations to optimize sales performance.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts for maximum effectiveness.

Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Continuously follow up with customers to nurture long-term relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

JOB REQUIREMENT

– B.Sc. or HND in any related discipline
– 0-1 year post NYSC experience
– Must possess good writing and communication skills
